Strawdog Theatre Company has just acquired an 80-seat blackbox theatre located at 1802 W Berenice Avenue. We aim to fill it day and night with Chicago theatre artists who want to help give life to this new basecamp for our work and our community. It's a flexible, easily configurable space perfect for performances, staged readings, auditions, rehearsals and other events. Our scene shop is fully equipped with a variety of tools and building space.
