I’m a subscriber, how do I reserve my seats?
Subscribers should reserve seats by emailing the box office at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning the subscription and listing the desired date and number of seats. Board Night subscriptions automatically reserve seats for the designated performances.
How do I select my seats?
We are a general admission theatre, so seating is first-come, first-served. The theatre opens for seating approximately 30 minutes before curtain time.
Can I exchange my tickets to a different performance?
Single tickets may be exchanged to another performance of the same production at no charge, if requested at least 24 hours prior to the originally ticketed performance. Exchanges are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges if you are exchanging into a more expensive performance (i.e. preview to regular or regular to board night)
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. And there are no refunds if you move to a less expensive performance (i.e. regular to preview, board night to regular).
Do you offer group sales?

Do you offer discount tickets on the day of the show?
A limited number of remaining tickets are available at a discount at the box office one hour before curtain. This discount is subject to availability, and does not apply to Board Preview performances.
Can I purchase tickets or subscriptions as a gift?
We’d love for you to share Strawdog with loved ones! Gift certificates and gift subscriptions are perfect for any occasion or celebration and may be purchased by contacting email@example.com.
