Strawdog's 29th season will be at the new Factory Theatre in Rogers Park, 1623 W. Howard St. on the Chicago-Evanston border in the historic Howard Theatre building.

Public Transit: take the red line to the Howard Station and exit at the north end of the platform. This will put you on the south side of Howard Ave. Go east (towards the lake) ½ block and The Factory Theater will be on your right on the south side of the street.

By Car: Take I-94 and exit east on Touhy Ave. Take Touhy to Western Ave. and take a left; then make a right on Howard. Continue east on Howard until you pass under the CTA el tracks, The Factory Theater will be ½ block further, on your right, on the south side of the street.

Seating Policy

Seating is general admission. The house opens 15 minutes before show time.

Late Seating Policy

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Not all Strawdog productions allow late seating. We recommend you arrive at the venue early to make sure you are able to attend the production.

Purchasing Tickets

Strawdog Theatre company does not offer unsecured reservations. To purchase tickets click the online ticket link located in the production's description page.

Subscribers should reserve seats by emailing the box office at, mentioning the subscription and listing the desired date and number of seats. Board Night and Access subscriptions automatically reserve seats for the designated performances.

Ticket Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges on non-Flex-Pass tickets. Flex-Pass Subscribers may exchange their tickets up to 5pm the day of your performance date for remaining performances of the same show.

If you misplace your online tickets, come to the box office window the night of your show and we will be able to verify your purchase online. If you lose a Flex-Pass, unfortunately they can not be replaced.
